Sustainability is close to our hearts.

We have managed to reduce the amount of plastic and packaging on the breakfast buffet to the bare essentials.

In our in-house laundry, we use biodegradable detergents and refrain from using chemical agents.

As far as possible, we source our products from regional traders.

Our coffee is gently refined in a small private coffee roastery using a traditional process. The breakfast eggs in organic quality come from a farm in the Koblenz area.

Of course, we cater to the special needs of food intolerance and vegan diets.

Upon request, we serve gluten-free baked goods, lactose-free milk and cheese products, as well as vegan spreads, yogurts and plant-based drinks.

As a family business, we attach great importance to a pleasant working atmosphere and a good working atmosphere. This is reflected in the fact that our employees have been associated with the company for a long time.
